Chart notes
ELEOS vied for the lead with an outer rival, shook free of that one in upper stretch, drifted out briefly while getting collared by an outer bidder at the furlong grounds, leaned again causing his rider to lose balance in the final sixteenth, ducked out upon his rider's recovery and severely bothered his outer counterpart late then held. CHAIRMANOFTHEBOARD stalked from the two path, ranged up to bid outside of the leader at the furlong grounds, got floated out briefly leaving that station, dueled neck-and-neck into the final sixteenth, but was bumped, bothered and forced outwardly by his inner counterpart late and was denied. TILT A TWIRL broke outwardly, pressed three wide, got outkicked and floated out to the five path in upper stetch, yet ran on to secure show before steadying behind the troubled leaders late. SPARKED broke a bit outwardly, vied two wide then yielded in the three to four path and between horses in upper stretch. ITCHY chased along the inside, steadied subtly passing the half mile pole, shifted to the three path into the turn then lacked a bid. CAPTAIN MERCURY was floated out by an inner foe at the start, tracked from the three to four path, fanned five wide into the lane and failed to menace. CERBERUS raced off of the pace in the two path then tired. KNICKS N STONES trailed near the two path and got outrun. BANDSTAND broke slowly, lacked speed in the three path then was eased through the lane. THE RIDER OF CHAIRMANOFTHEBOARD CLAIMED FOUL AGAINST ELEOS ALLEGING INTERFERENCE IN DEEP STRETCHH. FOLLOWING THE OBJECTION, AS WELL AS A STEWARDS' INQUIRY, ELEOS WAS DISQUALIFIED AND PLACED SECOND.
