Chart notes
ARIE FERRARI rated off the pace around the first turn, given the queue four wide approaching the quarter pole, hustled five wide between foes leaving the furlong marker, held on late under strong handling. ROARK raced off the pace four and five wide, looped six wide into the lane, rallied outside rival through the final sixteenth, just missed at the wire. GOOD INTENTIONS raced mid-pack between runners down the backside, still stuck in the middle roused on into the lane, running on the wrong lead outside MR MAHOMES wore that one down up in time for the show. MR MAHOMES tracked the pace around the first turn, urged along chased the leader three wide into the far turn, inside rivals and running on the wrong lead, evened out through the final stages. BLAMEITONMYROOTS pressed along the rail down the backside, in range leaving the quarter pole, fade through the stretch. BUSTER THE BULLY hustled clear around the first turn, set a comfortable solo pace down the backside, collared approaching the furlong marker, could not switch leads through the lane, weakened to the wire. TRUST THE CLIMB saved ground off the pace, never threatened.
