CLUBHOUSE DRAMA saved ground setting the pace and increased his advantage. BAKBURNER chased CLUBHOUSE DRAMA racing two-wide, was no match for that one but proved to be second best. LUCY L was unhurried early, came two-wide into the stretch and finished in a mild rally. READY TO GIG was close-up early racing along the inside and weakened. LIBBY'S GAMBIT was reserved off the pace racing two-wide, came three-wide into the stretch but lacked a rally. DERRYGOOLIN raced in the middle of the field early while three-wide and tired. ESCAPEFROMPARADISE saved ground racing in the back of the field and was not a factor.
