Chart notes
DOMINANT SPIRIT broke sharply, vied three across, assumed command entering the stretch and drew clear under urging. DUST EM vied inside to the turn, dropped back, hung late and was all out for place. BERTANI settled off the pacesetters, angled out and rallied on the turn, bid to get within range, hung and settled for show. FLYING DRUMMER was never far back, raced outside, found his best stride late and was gaining ground. HOW'S UR ATTITUDE lagged inside, rallied into the turn, angled out, bid and came up empty late. TURN NORTH was void of early speed, went widest in the drive and offered a mild bid to improve position. KNOCK KNOCK JOKE put in an even effort and was not a factor. LISTENTOTHEMUSIC was hustled along to set a pressured pace between horses to the turn and stopped. WEST OF ME stalked the pace, was through early and steadily dropped back.
