Chart notes
SO SWELL saved ground throughout, was outrun early, bid into the stretch, wore down the pacesetter and was up late. CLOUD IN THE WIND vied inside to the stretch, shook loose then weakened in the final yards. PACIFIC PRINCESS trailed for half mile then narrowed the gap with late energy. GOLDEN PHILLY chased inside early, moved wide in the stretch and was no menace. FAST MOTION dueled outside to the quarter pole and gave way. FIVE STAR FRAN dropped back in the two path and was never involved. ERIN'S ENTHUSIASM raced within range early then moved very wide fading on the turn.
