LARKSONG laid up close in the two path, bid confidently midway around the turn, came under pressure turning into the stretch, kicked on while battling with the inner pacesetter into the final furlong, and forged ahead in the closing stages. THIRSTY ACCOUNTANT set the pace inside, was nudged along around the turn, cued passing the quarter, dug in gamely down the stretch, but yielded to an outer rival in the final strides. SILENT SKY raced off the pace in the three path, was ridden in the two path around the turn, and finished evenly from the four path down the lane for show. CLOCKSTRIKESTWELVE chased in the three path but retreated. C F V TU BRUTUS trailed inside and never threatened.
