Chart notes
MCVICKER stalked in the three path, ranged up to bid under a ride in the four path passing the quarter, kicked on down the lane, and forged ahead in the final furlong. KARMA DIRECTOR pressed the pace, bid in the two path midway around the turn, took the lead at the top of the stretch, and ran on, but got edged out in the final sixteenth. STAY FROSTY set the pace inside, was roused passing the quarter, lost the lead at the top of the lane, then flattened, but held show. SAY IT AIN'T SO was prompted from in range in the two path, ridden around the turn, angled out to the five path at the top of the stretch, then faded. HIGHTAIL COWBOY had a slow start, trailed from the three path into the stretch and never threatened. T. L. COPPER STILL chased in the four path, improved around the turn, but weakened from the six path in the stretch.
