Chart notes
CANDY MAN CAN rated just off the pace around the first turn, ranged up four wide into the far turn, drew on even terms outside the pace setter leaving the furlong marker, kicked away driving. BULL RIDER saved ground mid pack, steadily gained ground around the far turn, tipped out six wide for the stretch drive, under strong handling chased on late to save the place award. FELICIAS CINCO outrun down the backside, given the queue quickened stride along the rail leaving the quarter pole, worked off the rail into the lane, taken up sharply off heels nearing the sixteenth post, quickly recovered surged through for the show. TUP'S TO TAKE broke alertly, pressed the leader two wide down the backside, forged clear leaving the quarter pole, battled inside into the lane, flattened out along the rail through the final stages. ABOLITIONIST broke sharp, pace inside around the first turn, herded nearing the five sixteenths marker, fade through the stretch. CANDY MAN MARTIN pressed the pace three wide down the back stretch, roused on between into the far turn, weakened through the lane. THE COLDEST ONE raced well off the pace three wide down the backside, never factored.
