Chart notes
LAST FLAG FLYING vied two wide for the early lead, took over on the turn, dueled with LUCIANA in upper stretch, gained command nearing the sixteenth marker and drew clear under urging. LUCIANA was bumped at the start, stalked three wide, bid four wide on the turn, dueled with the winner in upper stretch and dug in gamely in the two path to the finish. MO VITA was bumped at the start, raced off the pace, advanced on the turn, rallied four wide into the stretch, dug in and got the nod for third. GARDEN GAL was bumped and steadied for a slow start, chased inside, moved up on the rail on the turn, lacked room in tight entering the stretch, angled out, rallied mildly and missed for third. COUNT MY BLESSINGS pulled in the early stages while setting the pace, drifted out some on the turn, dropped back, then stayed on through the lane. MIDNIGHT MILLIE was outrun early and did not factor. MIDNITE BUST R OUT was outrun early and did not factor. MY ALENA MARIE dwelt at the break, was left far back early and outrun. A Jockey Objection by the rider of GARDEN GAL against the winner was dismissed.
