Chart notes
MY VINO saved ground racing in the back of the field, angled out to be three-wide nearing the eighth pole and finished fast to be up in the final sixteenth. CONRAD MEADOWS saved ground setting the pace but was unable to resist the winner late. LOUIE THE FIRST saved ground tracking CONRAD MEADOWS, swung out to come two-wide into the stretch and finished well in a steady effort. R BARRACUDA was unhurried, came three-wide into the stretch and failed to seriously threaten. HATAGASAL saved ground while being allowed to settle, came four-wide into the stretch and failed to be a factor.
