Chart notes
BELONGTOTHENAVY had a slow start, stalked in the three path, loomed up to bid midway around the turn, came under pressure passing the quarter, and kicked away to be much the best. SISTERLITHIC broke out at the start, set the pace in the two path, was roused midway around the turn, lost the lead at the top of the lane, then faded but was second best. RACHEL'S KID trailed in the two path, was driven along the inside around the turn, but failed to close in from the three path down the lane. MESCOOL tracked inside, was coaxed along in the two path around the turn, but weakened in the four path down the stretch.
