Chart notes
RED MOSCATO set the pace while rated, inched away on the turn and drew off in the drive under steady urging. VERRAZANOINTHESKY raced close to the pace along the inside, angled out on the turn, bid four wide and closed to earn place while no threat to the winner. EL MUCHO veered out at the start, stalked the pace while racing outside, went three wide entering the stretch, bid, came up empty and held for show. FEVER NATION pressed the pace, raced in hand to the turn, bid off the rail and hung in the lane under mild urging. FRONTIER MARSHAL was last away, trailed the field and passed a tiring rival. WAYLLEN RICHARD was slow early, went five wide entering the stretch and failed to respond.
