Chart notes
TIGER LADY vied WITH PRANCIN LADY from along the outside, responded when asked and edged clear late. ANNIKA'S SONG was forwardly placed racing three-wide, moved up to offer a bold bid nearing the eighth pole but was unable to match strides with the winner late. SWIFT CARO was allowed to settle early, moved up four-wide nearing the quarter pole and finished strongly. PRANCIN LADY vied with TIGER LADY for the lead from along the inside to the stretch and weakened/. CAPE BLOSSOM hopped at the start then settled in the back of the field, came three-wide into the stretch and failed to seriously threaten. COIFFEUR was allowed to settle, came two-wide into the stretch and failed to be a factor. CHATTY LEROYBROWN saved ground racing in the middle of the field and tired.
