Chart notes
ROYAL JOKER pressed the pace and held gamely to be clear under strong handling. PICCATA PRINCE settled early, saved ground through the far turn and finished gamely to the wire. BRILLIANT COLORS stalked the pace, raced three to four wide and had not enough. DOC'S JOY dueled for the early lead along the inside and weakened. BUTCHER HOLLER raced four to five wide around the far turn and had no response. TOUGH AS AN OX raced four wide around the far turn and never was a factor. PEDRO PEREZ forwardly placed early and faded. This race was originally hand timed, and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate final time.
