Chart notes
BEALE STREET BOY prompted CITRINE down the backstretch and around the far turn, gained the lead outside that one in upper stretch and drew off under steady urging. SLOBBERKNOCKER , in the two path between horses entering the far turn, eased out leaving the turn, moved to the four path in upper stretch and rallied. LOVE YOURSELF , in hand along the inner rail down the backstretch, saved ground on the turn, angled out in upper stretch and weakened. CITRINE broke well to make the early lead, set the pace along the rail, was overtaken in upper stretch and gave way the final furlong. PURE OCTANE broke slowly, circled both turns three wide, chased the pace to the stretch and gave way. MY PAL BILL was outrun. CANDY A. P. bobbled at the start, stayed three wide the first turn and was outrun.
