Chart notes
KOZY NIGHT opted to apply heavy pressure to the early pace setter, took charge at the top of the lane, held firmly under steady encouragement. BE KOZY settled back to trail shortly after the start, rounded the turn in the four path and showed a mild rally for the place award. NATIONAL DIAMOND emerged from the start as the early pace setter, led under pressure from KOZY NIGHT through the turn, gave way at the top of the stretch and flattened out into third. FEELING EASY was the last out of the gate, advanced along the inside, weakened in the stretch. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
