Chart notes
VANDERBILT was off a half step slow and advanced between rivals to duel for command by the half mile marker, then gained a short lead leaving the five sixteenths marker and made a three wide bid to draw away leaving the turn and then maintained a safe margin to the wire under moderate urging. STATE CONCEAL was well placed on the inside and then tracked the leaders on the turn, eased out midway on the turn and came four wide into the lane and ran on well but could not get to the winner but was gaining, good effort. NEO ZAPPER chased the pace three wide and came four wide into the lane but had no rally while besting the rest. PIC THREE set a pressured pace and then dueled for command on the inside but came up empty in the drive. SOLEMNE chased the pace on the outside and was four wide on the turn and stopped.
