Chart notes
ALPYLAND raced in the two path around the first turn, settled in the middle of the pack for the run up the backstretch, began a bid from the four path coming around the far turn, raced in tight quarters in upper stretch and drew off in the stretch. IMMORTALISED (FR) brushed lightly with the horse to his inside at the start, raced in the three path early, settled off the pace on the outside for the run up the backstretch, navigated the far turn still in the three path and improved position in the lane. HONEY DUTCH raced in the two path around the first turn, chased the leader up the backstretch, challenged from the two path coming around the far turn, bumped with a rival in upper stretch, veering in and skimming the rail in the process and weakened from there. CLASSIC NOFTY brushed lightly to the horses with either side at the start, saved ground off the pace through the opening half mile, came around the far turn in the three path and made no bid. BONSAI WARRIOR brushed with the horse to his outside leaving the gate, saved ground around the first bend, led the way up the backstretch, dropped back while saving ground around the far turn and continued to tire in the stretch.
