ORIGINAL SIN moved forward outside foes shifting in from four to three and eventually two wide for the run up the backstretch stalking the leader, advanced willingly on that one rapidly taking the lead at the three-eighths, was asked at the five-sixteenths, engaged by a foe in the stretch and held that one at bay under steady handling. WHO DEY was between foes in the second flight into the first turn settling and easing back, switched out up the backstretch, moved four wide at the five-sixteenths to reach contention, was held at bay through the lane. HIT SHOW exchanged bumps at the start, raced outside a foe off the pace two to three wide, lacked room from near the quarter pole into upper stretch in behind runners, altered out with about a furlong to go and finished with interest once clear. CAPITAL IDEA was close up inside foes but off the fence in pursuit of the pacesetter early, came out a bit in upper stretch, ran on evenly. LIBERAL ARTS swiftly moved clear and shifted in setting the pace on a loose rein and all alone, was challenged entering the far turn and encouraged a bit at the seven-sixteenths, was overtaken three furlongs out, gradually weakened thereafter. HALL OF FAME exchanged repeated light bumps at the start and was blocked and relegated to the back, switched out off the inside early on the first turn, made a rapid advance on the far turn but forced to go five wide coming to the quarter pole, could not sustain the effort and flattened out in the stretch. RATTLE N ROLL broke out a bit, dropped back inside early, continued further backwards retreating to last heading into the far turn, swung seven wide for the drive, failed to rally.
