MYSTERY MAN vied for the early lead and held gamely to prove best under strong handling. HOLY BAYOU stalked the top pair from the outside early, asked three wide through the far turn and finished gamely to the wire. MISTER MCLEAN vied for the early lead near the inside and kept on willingly to the wire. BEGGIN FOR TROUBLE dropped back early, raced two to three wide and had no response. JAMES'S MOONSHINE failed to respond. This race was hand timed.
