Chart notes
PEDITAL raced up the inside to the lead shortly from the gate, set a pressured pace to the top of the lane and kicked away gamely when called upon. INTIMATE reserved off the pace near the rear of the field, circled the field turning for home and rallied well with a good late gain. MOONPIE DELIGHT pressed the pace to the head of the stretch, could not go with the winner in upper stretch and finished willingly through the lane. SECOND CITY SAINT stalked the pace to the quarter pole, put in a mild bid in upper stretch and failed to sustain the rally finishing evenly. TWORLY BLUEBELL raced mid-pack to midway on the turn, closed the gap to midway down the lane and flattened out. LIGHT DE NIGHT failed to menace. TINKER BULL trailed the entire way and was not a threat.
