Chart notes
SHOWPIECE tracked from inside, moved into range on the backstretch, angled out to the three path on the far turn, tipped out to unleash a rally in the stretch, flew late and overhauled the top pair. SOUNDS LIKE FUN stalked in the two path, bid outside past the five-sixteenths pole, fought head to head down the lane and was edged by the winner. NILAMBAR showed the way in the two path, took pressure then cleared again leaving the backstretch, moved to the inside, pressured by SOUNDS LIKE FUN past the five-sixteenths pole, resisted through the lane but yielded grudgingly in the final strides. RIVAGE raced up close from inside, pressed the pacesetter on the backstretch, failed to keep up into the far turn, hugged the rail to the stretch, flattened in the late stages but was able to hold for a minor award. COCO NO LOCO trailed along the rail early, moved forward between rivals in the middle stages, waited in the two path on the far turn and flattened out in the stretch. SERENDIPITOUS BID settled in the four path on the clubhouse turn, remained wide up the backstretch, chased four then three deep on the far turn and weakened. CHRIST IS KING tracked four then three wide early, lost positions four deep on the backstretch, remained wide through the far turn and had little left for the stretch run. TREASURE OUR TIME steadied into the first turn, traveled two wide, three deep on the backstretch, got shuffled back on the far turn and failed to menace.
