Chart notes

WE READY stalked two then three wide on the first turn, was closest in pursuit up the backstretch, came under a ride on the far turn, loomed two then three wide approaching the stretch, drew alongside the leader at the top of the lane, quickly took over, put that rival away midstretch and won going away. WHAT DOES IT TAKE broke a step slow then went up to take the lead, controlled the pace up the backstretch, showed the way clear around the far turn, confronted by WE READY entering the lane, lost command in upper stretch, was no match for the winner in the furlong grounds and finished a clear second. GOOD AS HE GETS chased three then four wide on the first turn, lost ground in those same paths on the second bend, churned on through the lane and managed to save third. KEITHSENDSHELLOOOO stalked from inside, dropped back around the far turn, also churned on through the lane but could not get by GOOD AS HE GETS for third. GENGHIS had to take up behind a rival on the clubhouse turn, steadied early on the backstretch, went two wide into the far turn, fell back while easing out to the four path, then failed to menace down the lane. SKIMBLE SHANKS broke a step slow, checked hard behind a rival on the first turn, trailed on the inside, went between rivals at the five-sixteenths pole and came up empty.
