Chart notes
MISTRIAL WIND took command from the gate opening a clear lead into the first turn, was well rated on the lead setting dawdling fractions, widened the advantage leaving the quarter pole when called upon and held on late by a diminishing margin. HARDLY READY prompted the pace to the far turn, lost ground when the leader kicked away, was put to an early drive on the bend and ground out a rally down the lane to be gaining late. LOST KITTY was slow to be at the rear in open gallop time and rallied in the lane passed weaker rivals. STARSHIP LEGACY tracked the leaders and never presented a threat. THY NAME IS WOMAN was well placed within striking distance to the far turn, made a brief bid four wide on the bend and flattened out.
