Chart notes
SOUPER WILLIWAW settled four back along the inside for the first turn, began to steadily advance three wide until commandeering the lead midway through the far turn, drew clear in the stretch, much the best. AMIE'S SYMPHONY opted to be the early trailer, loomed three wide through the far turn to shadow the leader at the top of the stretch but was unfortunately no match for that foe. CAIRO STREET settled off the pace, trailed briefly in the far turn, took to the outside of the stretch and rallied for the show award. MISCHIEF MAXEY gave chase in the early stages, lacked a bid. SOPHIE'S CRUISER vied for the early lead and claimed sole command before the first turn, continued up the backstretch before meeting a bid from SOUPER WILLIWAW in the far turn, conceded the lead and weakened in the stretch. MY LITTLE WILDCAT vied for early command but surrendered to SOPHIE'S CRUISER before the first turn, shadowed that foe up the backstretch but began to fade in the far turn.
