INSTANT REPLAY stalked the pace in the three path, bid at the quarter pole, bore out near the eighth pole, impeding a rival, and was clear under a steady drive. BEDARD reared at the start, stalked the pace in the four path, bid near the three-eighths pole, bid and was impeded near the eighth pole and couldn't hold off the winner. FRIAR NEWTON vied between rivals and yielded in the stretch. KNICKS GLORY led inside before giving way in the stretch. ARCHIE THE GIZA reared at the start, trailed, angled to the five path on the turn but had no late gain. SPEED BIAS saved ground to no avail. THE STEWARDS TOOK NO ACTION FOLLOWING AN INQUIRY INTO THE STRETCH RUN.
