Chart notes
GUYS TRIP chased down the backstretch, took the lead outside MAGIC MIKEY near the three eighths pole and pulled away through the stretch under energetic urging. GUARD OF HONOUR , void of speed, circled horses the far turn, drifted six wide at the head of the stretch and passed tired horses. IT A LEE , shuffled back early, raced wide on the turns and weakened in mid stretch. TALL COTTON stalked outside horses down the backstretch, was well positioned leaving the far turn and gave way near the eighth pole. MIGRATORY , along the inner rail on the backstretch, remained along the rail around the far turn and weakened. BAD BOY BLAZE lacked speed, swung wide in upper stretch and came up empty. FIRST OFFICER broke slowly, was wide around the first turn, offered a mild move on the far turn and gave way. KING OF THE WORLD raced in the three path on the first turn and was not a factor. MAGIC MIKEY set the pace along the inner rail to the far turn and faltered near the three eighths pole.
