Chart notes
ROYALLY SASSY cleared early and set a rated pace inside, remained confidently handled leaving the far turn, turned away an outer threat leaving the quarter pole, spurted back clear under a drive in mid stretch, switched leads a couple of times and held firm. CATNIP HILL , in range while saving ground, was under pressure pursuing past the five sixteenths, shifted out four wide for the drive, kept on willingly and earned the place through the final seventy yards. VERONICAFORTHEWIN stalked the winner, moved up menacingly two wide to challenge approaching the stretch, sparred into the lane, failed to match strides past the three sixteenths, switched over to her left lead soon after and faded. BOURBON AMERICANA , towards the inside most of the trip, came up empty. R BEE GEE settled off the inside, moved up some nearing the half, chased but went evenly in the lane. BETHS VENGEANCE , unruly behind the gate, unseated her rider when rearing up then flipping on her back, was examined and loaded, raced four wide into the first turn, remained off the rail tracking to the half, failed to respond leaving the three eighths and retreated.
