Chart notes
WILEY WILLARD broke alertly, set the pace along the rail into the far turn, stifled outside challenger leaving the furlong marker, held sway driving. MASTERWORK hopped at the start, drafted inside just off the leader into the far turn, three wide pursuit leaving the furlong marker, chased on late bested the rest. BIG DILEMMA saved ground mid pack, bullied his way through bumping rivals into the lane, shook loose at the sixteenth marker, stayed on willingly for the show. SPURS UP broke a step slow, chased the pace three wide into the far turn, inside rivals turning into the lane, flattened out through the final stages. ARAK raced off the pace four wide, roused on leaving the quarter pole, had no late response. ABSOLUTE GRIT broke alertly, pressed the leader three wide into the far turn, bumped in upper stretch, weakened through the lane. BROTHER CONWAY saved ground off the pace, never factored.
