STREET WARRIOR dueled outside of THEALLIGATORHUNTER, began to clear away from that foe near the seven sixteenths, was engaged from the outside by HAUNTED HAZE near the five sixteenths, put that one away when asked into upper stretch, and was in command to the finish under a hand ride. HAUNTED HAZE broke sharply but was taken back to track the leading pair early, advanced to engage outside of STREET WARRIOR near the five sixteenths, pressed the leader from there through the rest of the turn, proved no match when STREET WARRIOR was asked into the lane but chased on under a drive to prove a clear second best. DISTORTED PRO was off a step slow, inched up between TOWNER TOO and VICTORIOUS VANDA past the five furlong mark, was pushed along inside of TOWNER TOO on the turn, swung into the lane in the four path, did not find the kick to get in range of the top two but kept on to pass a tiring foe late for show. THEALLIGATORHUNTER was sent inside of STREET WARRIOR, dueled inside of that foe until proving no match from near the seven sixteenths, tracked the leading pair while saving ground on the turn, came into the lane in the two path, flattened and lost the show late. TOWNER TOO chased toward the rear outside of DISTORTED PRO down the backstretch and in the four path on the far turn, swung into the lane in the five path and lacked the needed rally. VICTORIOUS VANDA settled near the rear, trailed while saving ground on the far turn, came into the lane in the three path and was no factor.
