CANDY CABALLO saved ground setting the pace in ha d, responded when roused and increased his advantage. WHISKEYJACK prompted the pace early while four-wide, angled in on the turn, could not reach the winner but held on well for the place. VERITAS AEQUITAS was close-up early racing two-wide, came three-wide into the stretch and finished in a mild rally.
