Chart notes
NINE OH ONE applied heavy pressure to the early pace setter, edged clear under strong urging in the final furlong. UNCONNECTED lacked early kick and trailed shortly after the start, gained four wide through the turn for a prominent position at the top of the lane, rallied up for the place honors. AVERYZ DAY was rated four wide early, settled off the pace before the turn, closed willingly to earn the show award. TUFF HEART took charge under heavy pressure from NINE OH ONE, surrendered at the eighth pole. LOOKN' TO PARTY vied for the early lead before opting to track the pace three wide after the first furlong, angled towards the inside of the stretch but came up empty. LARRY was off slowly, moved up along the inside, lacked a response in the turn, retreated in the stretch.
