Chart notes
WAVING BYE was quick to take charge, pulled away down the stretch, much the best. RUMPUS gave chase along the inside, no match for the winner, held for the place honors. DR. RAY D. found early position around the middle of the pack, rallied in the four path to just miss the place award. MISCHIEF ANGEL settled off the pace, showed a driving effort to make late improvements. MAXIMUM MOXIE trailed for most, passed tired foes. MISS ST. CLAIRE was rated four wide, steadily retreated through the turn. BEAUTIFUL TEMPLE tracked the pace three wide, faded in the stretch.
