Chart notes
FIRE BREATHER moved up inside, was steadied near the half mile pole, angled out, rallied three across on the turn, assumed command, drew off for a long lead and held safely while ridden out. SELECTIVE HEARING was never far back, raced outside, went widest in the drive and finished well to be second best. CROSS TEMPER got away well, vied to the turn, dropped back, continued willingly and got up late for show. RUNNIN POLITICIAN broke out, vied for the lead to the upper stretch, dropped back, came up empty late and was caught for third. FINAL TRIAL lacked a bid in an outside trip and was outrun. DASH N CASH showed little in an even effort. WILL TA ROCK threw his head and came in at the start, raced inside to the turn and lacked a response. ICEE MOVE showed little. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction, and it was re-timed using video technology to obtain the most accurate final time available.
