Chart notes
VERDI saved ground while racing in the back of the field, angled out to be four-wide leaving the three-sixteenths pole then drifted further out during the drive and was up with a rush late. CALMCOOLNCOLLECTED prompted YETI LUTE and CREATIVE UNION racing three-wide, took the lead nearing the eighth pole but was unable to resist VERDI late. YETI LUTE vied for the lead from along the inside t the eighth pole and held w=on well for third. WHISKEYTHENWINE was alowed to settle racing two-wide, swung out to be six-wide entering the stretch and lacked a rally. HACKSAW MOUNTAIN was reserved off the pace, came five-wide into the stretch and failed to seriously threaten. CREATIVE UNION vied for the early lead from between horses and tired.
