Chart notes
BRILLIANT JOURNEY took command from the first jump, opened a clear lead on the first turn, remained clear to the head of the lane, widened when called upon in upper stretch and was geared down in the final eighth as much the best. STANDPOINT reserved off the pace near the back of the pack for a half, made a steady rally three wide on the far turn and finished willingly as second best. GLOBES stalked the pace for three-quarters to be well placed turning for home and finished evenly failing to mount a closing rally. TONY O tracked the leaders the entire was and had no closing response. UNCLE TRULY was not a threat. ELUSIVE IMAGE raced in contention for the first half mile and steadily faded to the back coming home.
