WEITZMAN hopped at the start, vied between around the turn, put away inside rival at the furlong marker, withstood the pressure of outside challenger in deep stretch, dug in valiantly for the victory. NEW YORK NEW YORK broke sharp, pressed the top pair three wide into the turn, challenged stubborn leader leaving the furlong marker, outside that rival dug in gamely edged out in the final stages. STORM READY broke slow, settled off the pace and off the rail into the turn, swung out five wide into the lane, closed the gap willingly for the show. HERE COMES TRUMP broke alertly vied inside around the turn, battled on in upper stretch, faded from the sixteenth marker.
