Chart notes
SWEET STAR stalked in the three path, ranged up around the far turn, bid in the four path at the top of the stretch, took command while on the left lead passing the furlong grounds, drifted out around the sixteenth, but held safe. SPUN TO PURFECTION bumped with an outer foe at the start, trailed in the two path, was ridden around the far turn, angled out to the six path at the top of the lane, and rallied late for place. STAY BEAUTIFUL hopped an bumped with an inner foe at the start, moved up in the four path around the first turn, set the pace along the inside up the backstretch, was cued midway around the far turn, but faded in the final furlong. BETTER HAVE CASH led in the two path around the first turn, tracked from there up the backstretch, but retreated. NO CHANGES WERE MADE AFTER AN OBJECTION WAS LODGED BY THE RIDER OF SPUN TO PERFECTION AGAINST THE RIDER OF SWEET STAR FOR INTERFERENCE IN THE STRETCH.
