Chart notes
MITI FAST FLOWER bore out mid way on the first turn, stayed forwardly placed down the backstretch, raced in the three path on the far turn, floated to the four path when taking command in upper stretch then drew away under pressure. BOTTLE ROCKET (FR) , carried four wide the first turn, was well placed four wide leaving the far turn, floated to the five path in upper stretch and leveled off. RECOGNIZE ME stayed along the inner rail on the turns, was forwardly placed in mid stretch and flattened out. PRINCIPIA , made the lead under urging soon after the start, stayed in the two path setting the pace, was challenged turning for home and gave way. LAUGHING FIT , steadied in tight quarters mid way on the first turn, raced between horses down the backstretch, found room along the inner rail in the stretch and failed to rally. BEACHGRASS was outrun.
