BOLTAGE was rated just off the pace under strong restraint, raced between foes in the two path while still under a hold on the turn, was roused late on that bend, came into the stretch in the three path and lacked the needed response. READY SET TWIRL showed speed between horses and pressed the pace, brushed with rivals near the half-mile pole, dropped back late on the backstretch, saved ground on the turn, came off the rail while roused in upper stretch, dropped back to the fence coming to the furlong marker and lacked the needed kick. SWAGING showed speed on the outside then tracked the pace without cover, chased in the three path on the turn, spun into the stretch in the four path and also lacked the needed kick. MASTER FREUD bumped soundly with an opponent at the start, settled on the outside, moved from the three path to the five path on the turn, turned into the stretch in the six path and failed to rally. ROAR OF THE CROWD settled off the pace, raced under a tight hold while between foes on the turn, moved from the two path to the four path on that bend, spun into the stretch in the five path, was bumped while dropping back inside the three-sixteenths pole and had nothing left.
