Chart notes
MIDWAY MUNNY laid off of fhe pace along the inside, took closer order with nine sixteenths to go, tipped to the two path to take aim outside of the leader around the turn, bid two wide in upper stretch, battled with the early leader through the final furlong and edged ahead. MIRACLE MARK broke half a beat slow while last away, showed the way outside of foes into the backstretch, led while moving inwardly into and around the turn, got collared by an outer bidder in upper stretch, dug in gamely and dueled with that one thereafter but was bested late and held place. SOUND CAUSE tracked three wide, chased in the four path around the turn then kept on willingly. MIRAGE trailed in the three path then offered late progress but failed to reach contention. JUST LIKE MAX stalked two wide and between horses, chased in the three path around the turn, yielded turning for home yet sustained pursuit into midstretch before fading.
