Chart notes
THIRSTY BABY was well placed off the pace through the turn then showed his best strides late to run down the leader and draw clear in the final yards. CAJUN COUNTRY rushed to the lead to set most of the pace before pulling away going into the stretch but was caught in the final yards. DAX A DREAMING raced in the middle of the pack from two wide, passed tired ones in the stretch and made a late push to be up for the show. JUST N JACK trailed the field to the top of the stretch then made a late run to improve position. PERSCRIPTURE raced near the back while saving ground before tipping out to three wide near the three sixteenths pole but lacked the late response. LORD HENNESSY showed the early foot away from the gate then prompted the pace to the top of the stretch where he couldn't keep pace and gave way.
