Chart notes
HEARTBEAT showed the way in the two path, drew clear into the turn then held sway safely. EVELYN LOUISE tracked from the two path, advanced fanning five wide into the lane and ran on to hold place from an outer co-chaser. PROMISEMEANEMPIRE hopped at the start and was off slow, raced well back two wide and between horses, progressed into the turn, inched closer in the five to six path turning for home, ran on to vie for place wth an inner rival in the final furlong but was denied. LES IS BEST broke a beat slow, raced off of the pace along the inside, advanced two wide in upper stretch to gain fourth at the furlong grounds, but got caught by an outer rival to share that position at the wire. MALIBU SMART lacked speed in the two path, shifted out to the five path in midstretch and stayed on to reach a share of fourth. POEMA brushed with an inner foe at the start, trailed in the two path then improved position. SUSSUDIO brushed with an outer foe at the start, chased forwardly along the inside and gave way. TWOLATEBABYDOLL (FR) was brushed between horses at the start, chased from midpack in the five path but faded into the turn and was eased through the lane. BREAKING HEARTS pressed the eventual winner form the three path early on, but yielded into the turn, chased turning for home, caved in the four path an between horse entering the lane then was eased therafter. OCEAN RIPPLE broke outwardly, chased from midpack four wide, but weakened between rivals into the turn and was eased thereafter.
