Chart notes
CRUSHED ICE stalked the leader three wide throughout, made a three wide bid in the lane and had a long drive to wear down the leader to get up in time to prove best. END OF INNOCENCE set the pace on the inside and was well handled throughout, dug in determinedly in the final furlong but was nailed on the wire to just miss. SALLY'S SUPRISE tracked the leaders from the rail and saved ground on both turns, angled out leaving the furlong marker but weakened while besting the rest. WHAT'S TO DO was allowed to settle early, advanced two to three wide on the far turn and came four wide into the lane but lacked a rally. IZZY'S MONSTER chased the early pace two to three wide on the first turn, then was three to four wide on the far turn while dropping back, six wide by the quarter pole and tired.
