Chart notes

RUN HAPPY PAPPY bumped with TOWN'S WARRIOR on the first turn and then steadied by the thirteen-sixteenths and saddle slipped, then moved up between rivals to press the pace by the half mile marker and made a two wide bid to draw clear by the quarter pole, moved to the inside leaving the turn and was headed nearing the furlong marker but repelled that bid and kicked away to prove best under a drive. TOWN'S WARRIOR bumped with the winner on the first turn and moved up sensing a slow pace to stalk three wide, made a three wide bid leaving the turn and went on even terms but was turned back by the winner and had to settle for being second best. STRAWBERRY TREAT tracked the pace along the inside and was shuffled back, then fell back on the fail on the far turn to trail, moved out and came five wide into the lane to run on to best the rest. KALADIN was settled early and advanced on the outside to be four wide on the far turn but tired. TACTICAL HUMOR set the pace on the inside and gave way on the far turn.
