Chart notes
VINEAUX hesitated at the start to be off very slowly, was unhurried early and raced towards the back, rallied around the turn, swung wide into the stretch, closed steadily, wore down his rivals, got up late and won going away. TUJAQUES bumped at the start, pressed the pace around the first turn, was taken back, raced wide, rallied on the turn, assumed command in the upper stretch, drew clear, led past the sixteenth pole and was outclosed. SHALOM set the pace, weakened in the drive and held for show. YANKEE PRINCE veered out at the start, settled off the pace, rallied three across on the turn to contend and came up empty late. SEIZE THE WIN bumped at the start, raced mid pack and lacked the needed late response. LIL J. HENRY bumped at the start, lagged early, advanced along the rail on the turn and had nothing left for the drive. SABOTEUR was slow early, went widest in the drive and offered a mild bid to improve position. SEEKING ACES stalked the pace, bid between horses on the turn to threaten, dropped back and stopped. BAPTISTBOY bumped on both sides at the start, showed little and was not urged late. MO CAN DO broke out and bumped at the start, raced close to the pace along the inside, tired on the turn, stopped and was not urged late. A G'S CHARLIE was pushed out and bumped at the start, raced mid pack towards the outside, was through after a half and not urged late. HILLBILLY'S HEART bumped at the start, trailed the field, was eased and walked off.
