Chart notes
BUTLER ROAD broke alertly and quickly was clear, stayed in the two path on the turn and through the stretch and dug in stubbornly late. PENELOPE'S GIFT broke slowly, circled horses five wide on the turn and rallied outside. LUCKY LIS , a forward factor early, chased the winner from the three path around the turn and flattened out. COMMON SENSE bore out leaving the starting gate, hugged the inner rail, had aim on the lead in mid stretch and flattened out. EXTRA SPECIAL , taken to the inner rail leaving the backstretch, remained along the rail and lacked a rally. ROCK TALK , rated down the backstretch, stayed in the three path on the turn, was asked turning for home and came up empty. AUTHENTIC LADY chased outside the winner and weakened. LIL MISS PERFECT was no factor.
