Chart notes
SIR NANO tracked three wide into the turn, eased further out and came five wide into the lane, quickly took over in upper stretch, led clear into the final furlong and held late. DO IT FOR DAVE lacked early speed under coaxing, went three wide into the turn, moved to four path, angled out further for the drive, came with a late run to reel in the leader but ran out of ground. FINCAIRN showed early speed then chased two wide into the turn, spun four wide into the lane, challenged in the lane but was no match for the top pair in the final furlong. HIGHLAND ECHO rub the gate then went up to challenge for the lead from inside, had his path taken by GREY POWER and steadied midway around the bend, chased three wide into the lane, re-bid in upper stretch but flattened out in the final furlong. GREY POWER dueled from outside, cleared and crossed over on HIGHLAND ECHO midway around the bend, collared by several rivals in upper stretch and weakened. THE GREAT G stalked outside a rival leaving the backstretch, checked between foes at the seven-sixteenths pole, fell back to last, tipped out into the lane and never rallied. SCOOP OF CHOCOLATE stalked from inside, dropped back on the turn and weakened.
