SHANGHAI BARBIE dueled for the lead throughout racing two-wide, responded when challenged by PRANCIPANTS nearing the three-eighths pole and bested that one in a stiff drive. PRANCIPANTS prompted the pace racing three-wide, moved up to challenge SHANGHAI BARBIE nearing the three-eighths pole and missed in a game effort. LA POPIS saved ground racing the inside, angled out to be three-wide entering the stretch and finished in a mild rally. MISCHIEVOUS EMMA was allowed to settle racing two-wide, came four-wide into the stretch and failed to threaten. READY TO GIG vied with SHANGHAI BARBIE for the lead from along the inside early and tired.
