Chart notes
RUIZ JUNIOR hustled to the front to set an unchallenged pace to prove best. KIDINTHECANDYSTORE chased the leader from the inside but was no match and stayed on to be a clear second. ROMANS WORD showed no early speed then advanced from four wide through the turn and was along for the show. KONA STREET raced near the back to the half mile marker then moved between horses going into the turn but lacked a late kick and was best of the rest. TIZ TROPHY TIME broke well to be placed off the pace to the half mile marker then slowly retreated. THREE DRINKS settled in the middle of the pack for the first quarter then faded going into the turn and was outrun.
